We understand the importance of seeing and touching materials before committing to a project. Samples are available for trade account holders and project-based enquiries.
Foliage swatches, finish samples, and material cards are available for most product lines. For large commercial projects, we can arrange a representative sample tree on approval.
Trade account holders can request samples directly through their account manager. If you do not yet have a trade account, apply first or contact us with your project details and we will arrange access.
Sample requests are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery depends on your location but most samples arrive within a week of approval.
Material swatches are complimentary. Full-size sample trees may carry a refundable deposit, credited toward your first project order.
