Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after shipment, depending on product size, destination, and carrier availability.

Larger faux trees may require special handling, freight delivery, or appointment scheduling depending on height, quantity, and destination.

Oversized trees, especially pieces over 7 ft, may require freight delivery and appointment scheduling.
Each tree is individually wrapped with protective materials and packed in a reinforced carton. Branches and leaves are secured to help reduce movement during transit.
Commercial or multi-piece orders may ship on pallets with additional corner and carton protection.

We want every piece to arrive as expected. Please review eligibility before starting a return.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items in original, unused condition and original packaging.

Custom orders, final sale items, used products, altered items, or products damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
