Studio Standards

14 Quality Checks.
Every Tree.

The difference is invisible when you do it right — and obvious when you don’t.

Every tree passes through the same studio process. It is not fast, and that is the point. We obsess over the details most people never see so you can enjoy a tree that looks beautiful today and for years to come.

Materials

How We Select Materials

Foliage

Polyethylene-blended leaves are selected for realistic color, layered depth, and natural movement.

Trunks

Real wood or steel-cored composite trunks are chosen for strength, texture, and long-term stability.

Planter Balance

Nursery pots and decorative planters are balanced for proportion, safety, and a refined final look.

Checkpoints

The 14-Point Inspection.

  1. 01

    Leaf Density Check

Every branch is compared against reference specifications; sparse or overstuffed branches are rebuilt.

  2. 02

    Color Consistency

Foliage batches are matched against a master palette so tones remain consistent across orders.

  3. 03

    UV Stability

Materials are reviewed for fade resistance under sustained indoor light exposure.

  4. 04

    Branch Stability

Branch joints are tested so shaping and repositioning do not loosen the structure.

  5. 05

    Trunk Straightness

Trunks are checked at the base; any visible lean outside tolerance is reworked.

  6. 06

    Base Weight

Nursery-pot or planter weight is balanced so taller trees stand securely in normal use.

  7. 07

    Foliage Attachment

Leaves and stems are mechanically secured for long-term use and a cleaner finish.

  8. 08

    Natural Asymmetry

Each tree is deliberately uneven within a refined tolerance, matching the way real trees grow.

  9. 09

    Edge-Trim Finish

Cut edges are hand-finished to reduce plastic shine and create a more natural silhouette.

  10. 10

    Planter Fit

For planter SKUs, each tree is test-fitted so rocking, gaps, and visual imbalance are corrected.

  11. 11

    Assembly Clarity

If an assembly point feels unclear, the join is improved rather than relying only on instructions.

  12. 12

    Packaging Impact Test

Cartons are reviewed at loaded weight; excessive foliage crush triggers a packaging adjustment.

  13. 13

    Final Visual QA

Every tree is reviewed from multiple angles against its reference standard before release.

  14. 14

    Signed Release

A named team member signs off the unit so quality claims can be traced and resolved clearly.
