Standard orders ship within 3–5 business days. Custom and oversized orders may require 10–15 business days for fabrication and dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
All trees are shipped via freight or parcel carrier depending on size. Oversized trees (over 7 ft) ship via white-glove freight with delivery appointment scheduling.
Every tree is individually wrapped in protective layering and shipped in a reinforced carton. Commercial orders over 10 units ship on pallets with additional corner protection.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition. Custom orders are non-returnable. To initiate a return, email us with your order number and we will provide a return shipping label.
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
