Products and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to describe our faux trees, artificial plants, planters, and related décor products accurately. Product colors, textures, dimensions, fullness, and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, hand-finishing, product shaping, and normal manufacturing tolerances.

Branches and leaves may arrive compressed during shipping and may require gentle shaping by hand after unpacking to achieve the intended appearance.

Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability issues, or incorrect product information. If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Pricing and Availability

Prices and product availability may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing, stock status, product options, shipping information, and product descriptions accurate. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct the information and update or cancel the affected order if necessary.

Payment
