Our faux trees are designed for permanence, but a few simple steps will keep them looking their best for years.
Use a soft microfibre cloth or a gentle feather duster to remove dust from leaves and branches every 2–4 weeks. For detailed foliage, a can of compressed air works well.
Every few months, wipe leaves with a damp cloth and a small amount of mild dish soap. Avoid chemical cleaners, furniture polish, or abrasive materials — these can damage the finish.
Avoid placing trees in direct, prolonged sunlight as UV exposure can cause gradual colour fading over time. Indoor positioning near windows with filtered light is ideal.
Branches and leaves may shift during transport. Gently bend and arrange branches to achieve a natural, full canopy. Most branches have a flexible wire core that holds its position.
